Bond, James Bond? No thank you, said Eastwood
    Toronto Telegraph
    Thursday 9th September, 2010
    (IANS)

Veteran Hollywood actor Clint Eastwood had turned down the chance to play James Bond after Sean Connery quit.

The 80-year-old Oscar winner said it 'didn't feel right' stepping into Connery's shoes, reports dailystar.co.uk.

He also turned down the Superman role, which went to the late Christopher Reeve, because he thought it was 'unrealistic'.
