Rapper Diddy to buy soccer team
    Toronto Telegraph
    Thursday 18th March, 2010
    (IANS)

Rapper Diddy is planning to invest in London club Crystal Palace, which currently faces bankruptcy.

A spokesperson for the star confirmed that he was looking to invest in a soccer team. He is also looking at other sports teams in need, reports femalefirst.co.uk

'Diddy was in London meeting football fixers a couple of weeks ago. The finance is in place, he's just deciding who he thinks he'll make a bid for,' said a source.

'Portsmouth - who are also in severe debt - were mentioned but he thought Palace were a better idea,' the source added.
